Shipping Charges

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing an order. ANOENA will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important:
An opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, wrong item, or missing item claim.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
