Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Important:
An opening/unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product issue. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
